In order for your event application to be taken into consideration, please fill out every field with as much information as possible.

It is highly recommended to submit the current form with at least 96 hours before the first match of the event/featured stage and not more than 10 days prior to the event start/featured stage.

The current application form must be submitted once for each event and within the recommended time frame prior to event start/featured stage unless instructed otherwise by an HLTV.org coverage administrator. Submitting the application early will not guarantee events getting featured outside the recommended period prior to event/featured stage start date. Event applications are sorted based on event start/featured stage start date as well as scale of the event and not by application submission date.

An application is considered valid only once it contains the complete information requested, most important aspects being complete attending team list, confirmed team rosters, complete event schedule/structure and graphic assets that meet our use case requirements.

Event coverage is completely free and independent of all sponsorships/partnerships with the scope of coverage for events being determined solely by the Coverage Department. The scope of coverage scale cannot be requested/altered by tournament officials and/or event partners.
