NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please enter your contact information first, then provide as much information as you can for each nominee. We request the nominee's personal email address if at all possible to avoid any spam rejections through school/business accounts. Qualifications for nominees include: K-12 public school employee working with students, Christ-centered, others-focused, demonstrates integrity & a servant leader.

TENTMAKERS will email a nomination letter and invitation to apply for the workshop experience once we receive your nominations.

We will not be able to send nomination letters unless you provide us with an email address! If the nominee does not have an email address please contact the TENTMAKERS home office at 763-535-6484 to make alternative arrangements.

Applications should be received from the nominee no later than November 30th or until the workshop is filled - whichever comes first.
