This survey is conducted for data collection regarding the activities related to the completion of the Final Project and the assessment of the abilities of Statistics Bachelor's Program students. This survey is intended for Statistics Bachelor's Program students who have completed their Bachelor's Thesis Defense before graduation. Therefore, we request the participation of all relevant students to complete this survey form comprehensively. The active participation of all students will significantly contribute to the development of the study program under the Department of Statistics that we hold dear.

Survei ini dilakukan dalam rangka pendataan aktifitas pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir dan penilaian kemampuan mahasiswa Prodi Sarjana Statistika. Survei ini diberikan untuk mahasiswa Prodi Sarjana Statistika yang telah menyelesaikan Ujian Sidang Sarjana sebelum mahasiswa tersebut mengikuti wisuda. Untuk itu dimohon partisipasi dari semua mahasiswa terkait  untuk mengisi formulir survei ini dengan lengkap. Partisipasi semua mahasiswa secara aktif akan membantu pengembangan program studi di bawah Departemen Statistika yang kita cintai ini.
