In order to start the 2020-2021 school year off right, please be sure you have returned your library book(s) from last year.  You can log in to your Destiny Discover account through Clever (or destinydiscover.com) to see if you still have any books checked out.  If you do, please return those to the appropriate school office by Aug. 4th.  School Office Hours are M-F 7:00-3:00.

To make your request, complete this Google form by Aug. 4th.  Please list (at least) the top 3 titles you would like to checkout.  The titles will only be available on a first-come/first-served basis; so the sooner you get your request in, the more likely you are to get the title you most want.  You may list more than 3 titles in case your first 3 choices are not available.

We will do our best to pull at least one of your top choices, check it out to you, and have it ready for pick-up on Aug. 7th when you pick up your Chromebook and other school supplies.  If we have any follow-up questions about your title choices, we will e-mail your FSSD student e-mail account.  Thank you!
