For this concert, you have the opportunity to pay tribute to someone who is a "saint" in your life (either living of gone before you). At the same time you will be supporting the Opus Chorale of West Virginia.
For $10.00, your name, the name(s) of those you wish to honor, and an (optional) brief dedication note will appear in the concert program.
(Note: Each dedication should be on a separate form.)
