This is an initial request for legal assistance to determine whether you meet the Kentucky Youth Law Project's guidelines for legal assistance. If you are under age 25, you identify as a sexual minority (LGBTQI+), you live in Kentucky, the discrimination or other unfair treatment was done by a governmental office or employee, and the incident took place in Kentucky, KYLP may be able to help.

The Kentucky Youth Law Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit legal services organization registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State and the Internal Revenue Service (EIN: 46-5170220).

Our mission is to enhance and protect the legal rights and entitlements of LGBTQI+ children and youth through direct no-fee legal representation, education, and pubic policy advocacy. Because 40% of all homeless youth self-identify as LGBTQI+, our goal is to reduce homelessness and promote equal treatment for LGBTQI+ children and youth in social service agencies, government services, the Courts, and public schools throughout Kentucky.
