Phase I: I understand that once I complete this form, I will be emailed within one week to be informed of my child's TENTATIVE ELIGIBILITY.  

I also understand that if I receive an email stating my child is ineligible, it means that my child does not qualify for the Henrico County Early Learning Preschool program.

Phase II: I understand that if I receive the TENTATIVE ELIGIBLE email, it is my responsibility to upload the required documents.  

I also understand that my application will not move further in the process until all required documents are uploaded.

Phase III: I understand that if I receive the email about enrolling my student into Henrico County Public Schools, it is my responsibility to complete the enrollment in a timely fashion.

I also understand that my student's spot is not guaranteed until this phase is complete.
