In July of 2019 Province IV Youth Ministries will partner with the Diocese of East Carolina  for a 3 full days of service and learning in the city of Fayetteville and surrounding areas.  High School aged young people from the 20 dioceses that make up Province IV of the Episcopal Church are invited to come together and experience the Presence of God in the world.  Each person will serve as well as be served by this opportunity.

Participants, youth and adult, will be engaging in a both Hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Florence recovery in a variety of ways.  Be open to the Holy Spirit as we experience a community that has been Washed By Water in significant ways.

***************************IMPORTANT INFORMATION*******************************
• Cost  - $125 - which covers a portion of your registration fee.  The Diocese of East Carolina will be covering $75 of each person's fee.  There are a very limited number of scholarships for this event.  Please discuss scholarships with your home parish before requesting funds from the Diocese of East Carolina.

• Who can register? Current 9th through 12th graders (school year 2018-2019)

PLEASE NOTE: SPACES ARE LIMITED - Each diocese in Province IV has EIGHT initial spaces available for youth.  More spaces may become available after an initial registration period if all dioceses do not use all of their allotted spaces.  

• May 3rd - DEADLINE -  Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Qualified applicants will be given slots in the order the application was received.  Young people who are chosen to participate will be notified no later than May 7th.  At that time a $75 non-refundable deposit will be due within 7 days of notification.  If the deposit is not received within the 7 days, individuals on the waiting list will be moved up.
