Beauty Meets Beast is a dance project conceived by Rokafella that exposes how women in Street and Club dance embody an invisible duality. Street and Club dance genres encompass different styles yet they both expect women to be Beautiful. The two genres also require its women dancers to be able to deliver a Beast Mode performance in order to be comparable to the men who dominate the dance scenes.

Dance workshops will be offered free of charge by the featured dancers on Sept 27th from 3-6:30p.

Limited outdoor workshop capacity -- first come, first served.
In the event of rain or inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.

Audience members will be pre-screened for COVID-related symptoms by BAAD! Staff prior to entry.  
All participants will need to arrive wearing acceptable face covering and must adhere to the 6 feet physical distancing prior to being seated by BAAD! staff. Face coverings are required at all times when entering indoors for bathroom use or any other purpose.

OUTDOOR GUIDELINES
Individuals who have been vaccinated must show proof in order to take their mask off outdoors.
Individuals who have not been vaccinated must keep their masks on and practice minimum of 6-feet physical distancing.

All participants need to behave as if they are an asymptomatic carrier of COVID-19 to help reduce risk that asymptomatic individuals are infecting an enclosed environment.
