We've set up this form to make it as painless as possible to submit material for our various "channels" of class of '8Y8 artistic expression. For our 35th reunion, we now have 4 ways we are celebrating creativity, which are emphatically not mutually exclusive.

We have set up this "dynamic" form as a one-stop shop for submitting work. You may use it as many times as you need to submit different items. For example, you may first complete registering for the Creative Endeavors Montage as one response, and then submit another response to list an item for the Reunion On-site display. Authors with more than one book would submit a response for each book.
When you complete this form, a copy of your filled out form will be emailed to you automatically. The confirmation email also has a link to edit your response.
