At this point, we're forming a list of customers interested in half/whole cows. Once we have our butcher dates scheduled, we will start offering meat in these quantities for specific months throughout the year.

Pricing:

-Depends on the weight of the animal and special cuts/processing. (ex. sausage, meat sticks, packaging type)

-Generally works out to about $9.75/lb (includes beef, slaughter, cut, and wrapping)

-Cost per side is typically around $1600.

Breed Preference

Longhorn - Grass-fed and grass-finished in the Texas Hill Country. Lean beef with amazing flavor!

Akaushi Wagyu - Grass-fed and grass-finished in the Texas Hill Country. Leaner than grain-fed Wagyu and cuts out well into steaks & roasts. Will not be as lean as Longhorn. Premium pricing will be higher than Longhorn cost.
