Drop off & Pick up:
• Camp is held at Our Center located at 315 Spokane St, Reno NV 89512
• All campers may be dropped off no earlier than 9am and picked up no later than 5pm.
• Extended hours available 8am-6pm for $30
• Please use main door for pickup and drop off
• All campers must be signed in and out by a parent or other approved adult.
• All parents and/or adults who may pick up or drop off your camper must be listed on
Registration Form.
• A photo ID is required for all individuals picking up campers.
Camp Tuition:
• Full Tuition is Due at time of Registration
• Register at
www.twnn.org• $150 per camper per session
• $120 per additional camper/sibling
• $120 Return Camper Discount
• Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up available from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM for an extra $30 per week per camper
• If Camp is canceled by TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada a Full refund will be issued
• Withdraws 2 Weeks PRIOR to Camp Start - Full Refund, less $50
• Withdraws 1 Week PRIOR to Camp- Full Refund, less $100
• Withdraws after start of Camp week- No refund or credit
Absence or Illness
• Please email in your camper’s absences or illnesses to
TheatreWorks.NV@gmail.com /Camp Administrators so they may plan accordingly; no refunds will be provided for time missed during sessions.
Code of Conduct
• TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada values our camper’s individual rights to feel safe, grow and learn in a safe and comfortable environment. Campers must follow all rules while at camp; all consequences are at camp director discretion and based on severity of behavior exhibited by the Camper. The following behaviors may result in suspension:
o Excessive disruption of activities (repeatedly refuses to follow rules) o Refusal to follow disciplinary measures given by staff
o Swearing
o Stealing
o Defacing/Breaking Property
o Physical Violence
o Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Use/Possession o Use/Possession of Weapons
o Fighting/Bullying
Consequences:
1st Offense: Conversation with Camper Parent
2nd offense: 1 Day Camp Suspension
3rd offense: 2 Days Camp Suspension/Dismissal from Camp
Lunch & Snacks:
• Campers bring their own lunch (that arts are hard work!), but healthy snacks will be provided.
• Campers should provide their own beverages and water (or name-labeled bottle to be filled at
fountain throughout the day)
Items Brought to Camp:
• Any and all personal items brought to camp, including but not limited to: cell phones, iPads, video games, toys, stuffed animals, etc. are the responsibility of the Camper. TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada is hereby released from all liability for loss, theft or damage to any and all personal items.
• Campers will not be allowed to use cell phones or electronic devices except during break periods. We suggest they not be brought at all in order to lessen distraction from scheduled activities.
Lost & Found:
• All items left during Camp will be available for retrieval from TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada for 30 days after the final day of camp. All items remaining after such time will be donated.
Release of Liability:
I understand that in case of emergency or serious injury, I hereby give my permission for emergency medical treatment, as recommended by a physician, I understand that no surgical procedure will be performed without my permission and consent.
• I understand that any and ALL medical expenses are my financial responsibility and I release TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during my student’s voluntary participation in TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada’s Camp.
• By signing these policies, I agree to hold TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada entirely free from any and all liability including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred. I also acknowledge the risks involved in the production of this Camp and its activities.
• I agree to notify TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada of any and all conditions my child may have that may increase their likelihood for experiencing injuries while participating in Camp.
• I understand that by signing these policies I forego all rights to bring suit against TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada for any reason.
• I understand that my Camper must make any and all efforts to obey rules of the Camp as well as all safety requirements as outlined by the Camp instructors and staff and will ask for clarification should they need it.
Image Release:
I hereby give my consent to TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada to use images and video of my Camper for commercial use including but not limited to video commercials, website, social media sites, and all marketing materials whether print or video.
• By signing below, I understand that I am releasing my rights of images or videos of my Campers during the dates of Camp.
Indemnification:
I shall defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada, it’s officers, directors, board members, and employees from all claims, causes of action, costs or expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected to the services provided to me under the policies set forth for me under this agreement.
Modification:
No amendment or change to this agreement shall be valid unless shown in writing and signed by all parties.
Entire Understanding:
This document and any exhibit attached constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties, and any and all prior agreements, understandings, and representations are hereby terminated and canceled in their entirety and are of no further force and effect.
Unenforcability of Provisions:
If any provision of this agreement, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of this agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
Choice of Law:
The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern validity of this agreement, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto.
I, the parent/guardian of the minor child listed on this application, for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada, their representatives, successors, insurers, assigns or any other person or entity associated with any of the above organizations such as staff, directors or volunteers, from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any and all loss, damage, injury or death and any claim of damages resulting from use of facilities owned or controlled by the above organizations, or participation in activities of said organizations either at or away from the Camp.
I give permission to TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada to seek emergency medical treatment for my minor child if I cannot be reached. I will be responsible for any/all costs of medical attention and treatment. TWNN will not/cannot administer any medications of any kind to campers unless listed above and as directed in writing by parent.
I understand that if a youth is in a dangerous situation to themselves or others they will be removed from the situation.
I understand that TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any items placed in the lost and found will be discarded 30 days following the close of camp sessions.
Parents and campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the camp.
I give permission for my child’s picture, moving pictures, or any other graphic depiction or likeness, to be used by TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada.
I also understand that the Camp is not, nor claims to be, a licensed day care center.
