This short form (which should take no more than 5 minutes to complete) will help us assess whether we can offer you one of the 16 places on this 10 week course and year's programme. I

We want to support all those with ideas and vision for making a change in Lewisham. However, this year we are having to prioritise places on the programme to those individuals or groups of individuals who are beyond just an 'nice idea' stage. If you have started on your journey or are convinced in your idea or project and are committed to developing this into a programme of work we want to hear from you! If at any stage of your application you want to discuss the programme and whether you think this is the right programme for you, contact Stephen Carrick-Davies at stephen@face.work.
