2024 Catholic Eagle Scout Certificate form
Please fill out the below application to receive an Eagle Scout  Certificate from the National Catholic Committee on Scouting.  This is for all Catholic Scouts who have received their rank of Eagle in 2024.

The Scout Mass is TBD 2025, 10am.  

All requests need to be in by January 6th, 2025.
