Our camps are ideal for new beginners and the experienced, with the camps providing top quality coaching in rugby skills, and teaching leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Professional Coaches:

  • Qualified Rugby Coaches with Premiership & National level experience
  • Backgrounds in education, teaching & yoga-based wellness

A typical day looks like: 

9.00-9.30: Outdoor warm-up & team-building games

9.30-10.00: Rugby Skills training individually tailored to skill-level & age group 

10.00-10.30: Ball Games

10.30-10.45: Snack Break (& stories for younger participants)

10.45-11.30: Wellbeing activities such as yoga, mindfulness & dance

11.30-12.00: Teambuilding challenges & games

He/she and I ("We") discharge the Organiser and any other individual organisation connected directly or indirectly with the Camp from any responsibility in the event of including but not limited to injury, death or loss of property incurred during as consequence of or while travelling to or from the Camp.
