2020(21) GAHPERD Convention Session Proposal
Complete the questions below to submit your proposal to present at the 2020 GAHPERD Convention March 21-23, 2021 at the Classic Center in Athens, GA.   Deadline for session proposals is January 1, 2021.  Lead Presenters will be notified regarding their proposal by February 1, 2021.

Are you representing a company or trying to sell a product?  Any business selling products at the Convention must be an exhibitor at the event.  Information regarding exhibiting at the Convention can be found on our website at www.gahperd.org or contact Kim Thompson at kthompson.gahperd@att.net.

Space Needed *
Indicate the type of space needed for your presentation.  Activity sessions will have chairs around the perimeter of the space. Lecture and panel discussions will have lecture seating.
Special Requirements *
Are there any special needs you have regarding presentation space? Type "None" if you have no special requirements.
Technology *
GAHPERD does not supply any technology needs for your presentation. This includes but is not limited to computers, LCD projectors, microphones, speakers, cords, adapters, etc.  By selecting "Yes" below, you accept these terms and responsibility for providing your own resources.
Screen *
GAHPERD will provide a screen, if necessary, for your presentation.  Please indicate below if you need a screen provided.
Internet Access *
Although it cannot be guaranteed, do you need internet access for your session?
Convention Dates *
I understand that if the October 11-13, 2020 dates are changed to March 21-23, 2021 due to state or CDC regulations on group gatherings, I will be available to present on either set of dates.
Social Distancing *
GAHPERD will adhere to any physical/social distancing recommendations in effect at the time of our event.  This may include but not limited to spacing between participants, not sharing equipment, or wearing masks.  As a presenter you may be asked to alter your session due to these potential requirements.  Will you be able to adjust your presentation if necessary?
Registration *
Presenter Acknowledgement: I am aware that if my proposal is accepted for presentation at the convention, and if I am professional or student living and working in Georgia, that I and any co-presenters will be required to register for the convention and pay the general registration fees.  I hereby certify that if applicable according to the above statement, that I am an active paid member of the Georgia Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
