Bikes for Maui - Donation Form

Bikes that are donated outside of Maui (on O‘ahu) will have their condition evaluated and appropriate bicycles will be transported to Maui to be distributed. Others may be sold on O‘ahu with the collected funds benefiting the efforts on Maui.

If you would like a tax deductible receipt for your bicycle donation, please fill out this form. 

REMINDER: Donated bicycles should be functional and in "ready to roll" condition so that they can bring the most aid to people affected by the fires. Mahalo for your understanding!
