The early bird rate of $2,350 expires for the July dissection on February 14, and expires for the October dissection on May 6. After the early bird deadline, the rate is $2,550. You can secure your spot by either paying in full, or by choosing the payment plan: submitting a $1,000 deposit upon acceptance, with the remainder paid in two installments. (Please note: upon acceptance to the lab, you must submit payment in full or a deposit to complete your registration and secure your spot). *
Refund policy:  I understand that if I cancel before five months prior to the training, I will be refunded the total of what I've paid (minus bank fees). If I cancel three-five months prior, I receive 50% of what I've paid. Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable if you cancel within three months of the training. *
