We are looking for motivated, hard working individuals who will thrive in a fast paced yet fun environment.
The Salinas Northridge crew member position will be located in the Northridge Mall food court.
Our operating hours are 11 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week and shifts will be assigned accordingly.
Hours may change slightly during the holiday season (we are aligned with the mall's operating hours).
Northridge crew members may be given the opportunity to work events as well, this is based on performance and attendance.
Some examples of events we work are : California Roots festival, Night Market 831, San Benito County Fair and Monterey Bay F.C. soccer matches.
Some of your job duties as a Northridge Crew member may include:
Opening/closing of the day (set up, prep, clean up and organization)
Deep frying churros
Packaging churros
Spinning and packaging freshly made cotton candy
Cash register duties
Making ice cream sundaes
Making and serving non-alcoholic drinks
Other duties as needed
Qualities we're looking for:
Amazing customer service and positive attitude
Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Ability to work long shifts and work at a fast pace

Ability to follow directions, protocols and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
