USA Softball of Louisiana -                        Register/Sanction your Team
USA Softball requires all teams to be registered/ sanctioned to participate in events. If your team chooses the option to register/ sanction only, which does not include insurance, this form must be completed prior to your first tournament.

An annual registration fee of $40 sanctions your team for the current season (September 1 - August 31), which must be paid at your first tournament.
