Serrula Research is working on behalf of a major global accountancy firm which is trying to develop tools aimed specifically at small and medium sized e-commerce businesses, to help simplify their payments of tax on international sales. Your valuable opinion and experience are what we are interested in.

We’d like to schedule a 45 minute Zoom interview with people currently working in a business that sells goods online.You need to at least sometimes sell goods to the UK or Europe. If you are don't, then you won’t qualify for this interview.

We can arrange this at a time convenient for you between 11th-28th of May 2020, and as a thank you for your time we will pay you $120 or the equivalent in your local currency.

We need you to answer a few questions to make sure that you qualify to take part in this research project. The following initial screening questions take 3-5mins to complete.

There aren’t necessarily any right or wrong answers to give – We are hoping to interview a wide range of different people from different size businesses, so please simply answer the questions as accurately as you can.

To get started we just need to know your name and the name of the company you work for so that we can cross reference it later when we put people forwards for interview.
