This form was created to help the district to gather parent input regarding possible next phases of school reopening. Please note that this is a survey to begin a discussion about future school schedules and there is not an actual date for Phase 2 to begin at this time. Based upon current conditions, the local health department as well as our school physician has advised the Administration to maintain the current school schedule for now, since this schedule maintains the six feet of social distancing for students in the classrooms. The district will continue to monitor this changing situation. Please complete this survey by Wednesday, December 2, 2020.

Which of the following Phase 2 options would you prefer for your child(ren)?

Maintain the current half-day, hybrid AA/BB Cohort schedule with Wednesdays serving as virtual learning days.

Students will continue to attend virtually as long as that option is available.

Students attend two or three days per week for half-days using the AA/BB hybrid schedule with Wednesdays becoming a rotating school day every other week for Cohort A or Cohort B.

Students (A-Z) attend four (4) days per week for half-days, keeping Wednesdays as virtual learning days.

Students (A-Z) attend five (5) days per week for half days.
