We know from experience that it is possible for employees to be both productive AND happy when working virtually, and we're excited to work with you through the steps to make this happen.

We'll use the answers you provide below to place you in a leaders' cohort with complementary qualities, and will be conscious of any conflicts of interest/competitive issues. While your individual responses will be kept confidential, we may use some of the information in aggregate, to bring into the discussion.

Only 10 applicants will be accepted into the program. We will select those who we feel we can best serve but also who have the most potential to succeed.
