Cancelation policy
- One month prior to the course start date: full refund minus €300 processing fee.
- Within one month to one week prior to the course start date: 50% refund from full price.
- A week before the course start date or during the event: no refund, no credits, no exceptions.

If you can not come to the immersion, you have the option to find a replacement to take your place by letting us know at info@acromoves.com

Both immersions will happen with a minimum of 12 students,
If the immersion has to be canceled we will reimburse your payment for the immersion(s)
