2024 Great Grow Out Form
Thank you for participating in the Great Grow Out program with the Coastal Prairie Conservancy! Please fill out the form below to let us know which seeds you will be growing and how many packets you have picked up.

Don't have a green thumb but want to try growing natives? Take a look through our handbook or watch the videos at https://www.coastalprairieconservancy.org/great-grow-out to get started!

For each seed that you choose, indicate how many packages of seeds you would like. Remember, each package has enough seeds for one tray of 18 x 4-inch pots.

Grow out the seeds, keep a few plants for your garden and give most of it back to the Coastal Prairie Conservancy for restoration purposes. Should you request more than 3 packages of seeds, we would appreciate, if you give back to CPC at least 75% of the plants that germinate and survive. Note: wild collected seeds usually have lower germination rates than seeds purchased from commercial growers.

NEW: Throughout the year, we host, seed collecting trips. This is a great way to see prairies often not open to the public. No experience necessary.  To be notified of future SEED COLLECTING TRIPS or other CPC volunteer projects, you can join our volunteer opportunities email list at https://bit.ly/CPCelist — make sure to check the Volunteer box. Or you can fill out a volunteer application form at https://www.coastalprairieconservancy.org/volunteer.

By participating in the Great Grow Out, you will automatically receive the CPC Monthly Volunteer Opportunities email. You may unsubscribe from this email at any time.
