This Gym Membership membership is valid for the 2019-2020 academic year. You must be enrolled in classes and be considered an FAU Jupiter Student to be eligible for this membership. (This means you are based in the area and 51% or more of your classes taken at the Jupiter campus). Please allow 3-5 business days for your membership to be processed. You will be notified on your status via your FAU email address. On your first visit to Jupiter Palm Beach Sport Club, please bring your FAU Owl Card with you. Please note that student gym usage will be tracked should the level of student interest in gym memberships deem a waitlist. Students who do not use their gym membership at least five (5) times a month will have their membership revoked. These revoked gym memberships will then be given to students on the waitlist. Requests submitted after the 28th of each month will be considered for the month after next.

Students must signup with this form and either print and scan a copy of the Informed Consent Form and Release of Liability Waiver
OR
 stop by the Rec Office in the Burrow or in SR 108A during office hours to sing the form.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your membership is active with the next steps to complete with Palm beach Sports Club.
