Sign Up Procedures:
*Compete this form or request a paper copy form.
*Mailed forms must be postmarked by May 1st
*Lottery style drawing will take place May 5th
*All spaces will be filled in the order they are drawn.
*All remaining names will be drawn and placed on a waiting list.

Child Eligibility:
*4-5 years old
*Must be 4 years old by October 1st.
*Children must be toilet trained.

Preschool Information:
*Morning Session - 8:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
*Afternoon Session - 12:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
*3 Session a week (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)
*Students learn developmental activities
*Students are taught by A-Tech's Early Childhood Education students, under the supervision of the teacher.
*Preschool will start in late September.
