Was NICHT enthalten ist
- Flug nach Hurghada. Der Flughafen von Hurghada ist von allen großen Flughäfen mit einem Nonstop-Flug leicht zu erreichen und liegt nur 30 Minuten von El Gouna entfernt. Von Berlin fliegt EasyJet Non-Stop.
- Essen: wir werden als Gemeinschaft als Teil des Prozesses kochen und unsere eigenen Zutaten kaufen oder gemeinsam entscheiden, ob wir in ein Restaurant gehen, je nach unserem Flow

What's NOT included
- Flight to Hurghada. The airport of Hurghada can be easily reached from all major airports with a nonstop flight and is just 30 minutes from El Gouna. From Berlin EasyJet flies non stop.
- Food: we will cook as a community as part of the process and buy our own ingredients or decide together to go to a restaurant depending on our flow

Bitte leiste direkt eine Anzahlung von 200 EUR. Die Restzahlung ist bis zum 15. September 2021 fällig.
 
COVID STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Falls du aufgrund schwerwiegender Reisebeschränkungen/ Corona-Bestimmungen nicht am Retreat teilnehmen kannst, kannst du deinen Platz an eine andere Person übertragen oder deine Zahlung für ein zukünftiges Retreat, eine Veranstaltung oder eine Dienstleistung mit Kailo verwenden. Bitte beachte, dass wir bis 30 Tage vor dem Retreat 80 % des Gesamtbetrages zurückerstatten und 20 % des Gesamtbetrages erhältst du als Gutschrift, wenn du deine Teilnahme aufgrund von schwerwiegenden Covid-bedingten Einschränkungen und Bestimmungen absagen musst. Bis 7 Tage vor dem Retreat erstatten wir 50% des Gesamtbetrages und 50% des Gesamtbetrages erhältst du als Gutschrift, wenn du deine Teilnahme aufgrund von schwerwiegenden Covid-bedingten Einschränkungen und Bestimmungen stornieren musst.

Wenn Kailo das geplante Retreat aus irgendeinem Grund stornieren oder ändern muss, einschließlich Lockdowns oder anderer COVID-19-bezogener Vorschriften, erstatten wir 50% des Gesamtbetrags zurück und 50% erhältst du als Gutschrift für ein zukünftiges Retreat, eine Veranstaltung oder Dienstleistung. Kailo ist nicht verantwortlich für deine Ausgaben, die in Vorbereitung auf ein abgesagtes Retreat entstanden sind, wie z.B. Flugtickets, Arbeitsausfall und/oder andere Kosten, die mit der Vorbereitung auf deine Reise verbunden sind.

REGULÄRE STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Wenn du deine Teilnahme stornieren musst, beachte bitte, dass wir bis zu 30 Tage vor dem Retreat 50% des Gesamtbetrags zurückerstatten. Bei Stornierungen danach erstatten wir nichts zurück. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Platz auf eine andere Person zu übertragen. Bitte beachte, dass Reise-, Stornierungs- und Krankenversicherungen in deiner eigenen Verantwortung liegen.

PAYMENT POLICY

COVID CANCELATION POLICY
In case you wont be able to attend the retreat because of severe travel restrictions/corona regulations you may transfer your spot to someone else, or use your payment for a future retreat, event or service with Kailo. Please note that up to 30 days prior to the retreat we refund 80% of the total amount and 20% of the total amount you will receive as a credit if you must cancel your participation for severe Covid-related restrictions and regulations. Up to 7 days prior to the retreat we refund 50% of the total amount and 50% you will receive as a credit if you must cancel your participation for severe Covid-related restrictions and regulations.

If Kailo must cancel or change the scheduled retreat for any reason, including Lockdowns or any other COVID-19 related regulations, we will issue a 50% refund and 50% of the total amount you will receive as a credit for a future retreat, event or service. Kailo is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

If you need to cancel your participation, please note that up to 30 days prior to the retreat we refund 50% of the total amount. For cancellations afterwards, we do not refund any payment. You may transfer your spot to someone else. Please note that travel, cancellation and health insurances are at your own responsibility.
