Tri-State Railway Historical Society, Inc. will hold a Railroadiana Sale on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 12 to 5PM. The main purpose of this sale is to sell the numerous items donated to Tri-State by our director, Andy Dick, who passed away earlier this year. However, we also have available a limited number of tables for others who may be interested in selling railroadiana items. This sale is a fundraiser for the furtherance of Tri-State's mission, including the restoration and maintenance of Tri-State's collection of locomotives and railcars.

9/17 (evening): Transport of Tri-State sales items from Parsippany, NJ to Union, NJ. Volunteers with pick-up trucks or SUVs are requested.

9/17 (evening): Set up of tables and Tri-State sales items at the venue in Union, NJ

9/18 (10AM - 5PM): Staffing of Tri-State sales tables, monitoring entrances, and/or helping vendors

9/18 (5 - 6:30PM): Break drown and clean up of venue. Helping to put tables away.

9/18 (after 6:30PM): Transport of remaining unsold Tri-State sales items from Union, NJ to Parsippany, NJ. Volunteers with pick-up trucks or SUVs are requested.

LUNCH SIGN UP: Tri-State will provide a lunch of pizza and light refreshments (i.e. water, soda, snacks, etc.) to volunteers and vendors. To get an idea of how much food will be required, please let us know if you would like the Tri-State provided lunch or will bring your own. Volunteers bringing their own lunch can make use of a respectful amount of space in the refrigerator in the venue's kitchen. *

FACE MASK ACKNOWLEDGMENT. In alignment with recent NJ state guidelines, Tri-State will require face masks to be worn at all times (except when eating or drinking for short intervals) while inside the venue by all attendees, regardless of vaccination status. Any documented exemption must be provided prior to the event. Anyone seen to not be wearing a face mask will be asked to put one on. Tri-State will have a small supply of masks available for those without one of their own. Tri-State reserves the right to have noncomplying individuals leave the venue. *
