Please fill out one registration form per household/organization and specify which park you are interested in. Parks are reserved on a first come, first served basis. In order to ensure we have enough supplies, you must register in advance. The registration deadline is May 15, 2022.

From 10a - 12p, volunteers will work at their registered park. Flowers, tools, gloves, mulch, and instructions will be waiting at the sign bed. At 12pm, volunteers are invited to Hoosier Grove for lunch as a thank you. Enjoy the weather, flowers, and being out outside while helping make a difference in Streamwood!
