We need to know so that we can arrange for the delivery or pick-up of fixings to make a PIZZA (dough, sauce, cheese). You will then need to (1) pre-make the dough prior to the meeting, (2) pre-heat the oven and (3) have pizza toppings so your scout can decorate at the beginning of the meeting. Then the pizza will cook to then be eaten towards the middle/end of the meeting.

Additionally, the pack will provide a vanilla cupcake with icing as well, which your scout will be encouraged to decorate for the meeting to eat at the end as well. But toppings will need to be made available by you.
