2019-2020 Seaholm Bands -- New Student Contact Form

Welcome to Seaholm Bands.

Band Camp starts on Sunday, July 28, 2019 and it's a great way to get to know Seaholm and make lots of friends.

If you are interested in joining Seaholm Bands, please fill out the following form so that we can contact you over the summer. We need your name, instrument, t-shirt size, etc. so that we can be ready for you on Day 1.

WHAT THIS FORM DOES -- This form just lets us know that you are interested in joining band and gives us a way to contact you as we get closer to see if you are still interested. It is not a commitment or formal registration with the band or school. To formally join the band, you'll need to make sure that you register for the appropriate band class and complete our online registration for band boosters (more about that in late June).

Please note, you will have the opportunity to enter complete contact information for multiple parents/guardians when you fill out our online registration. This is just so we can get some quick information on your student (name, t-shirt size, instrument) and a good way to contact you over the summer.
