Please note:

• All schedule change requests must be approved by the principal.
• Elective course changes will be made based on availability (i.e. class size). Therefore, not all requests
will be approved.
• We will not honor requests for a change of core teacher or team.
• If your change is approved, you may pick up your new schedule on the first day of school.
• 6th Grade students must take 1 elective from each area: CTE, Foreign Language, Arts.

If you would like to request a change in more than one Encore class, please submit a new form for each request.
