3. 学费退款规定: 开学前三周离校者
100%, 之后至开学前离校者 95%， 开学后离校者两周内 80%, 三周内
50%,三周后不退费. Tuition Refund Policy: 100% 3 weeks before School
starts, and afterward before school starts 95%. After the first day of School: 80% within 2
weeks, 50% within 3 weeks-. No refund after 3rd week.
4. 課程如不足7人可能不開課. 班级安排依据报名情况而定。Classes less than 7 students may be canceled. Class
planning is considered upon the registration condition.
5. 请为您的孩子提供零食和水壶，我们无法保证所选择的零食不含所有可能的过敏原。 如您的孩子有过敏状况，请您为您的孩子提供零食，并帮助您的孩子了解，只吃您提供给他们的食物。 Please supply the snack & water bottle for your child. We
could not guarantee the snack redemption selection will be free of all possible allergens.
If your child has a medical condition, please help your
child understand that they are not to eat anything other than what you have
supplied them.

to remain in the class except the applied & approved volunteers and Staff.

for a tax deduction.
8. 学校安排圣经时间，但不影响正常课程进度。 CCGN Chinese School will have Bible
time within semesters, but it will not affect the normal school course.
9. 如以上信息有任何变化，家长有义务及时通知长恩中文学校。万一发 生紧急情况如长恩中文学校无法与以上联络人联系，家长将承担全部

parents are obligated to inform CCGN Chinese School in time. In the event of
any emergency, if CCGN Chinese School is unable to contact the above contacts,
the parents will bear full responsibility and authorize CCGN Chinese School or it’s
church to seek any emergency or medical services for the students. I acknowledge
that at an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, diseases or pandemic exists in any
place where people are present. Therefore, if any forms of injury, pandemic
infection, diseases or accident occur, by signing below, all participants hereby release,
discharge, and hold harmless CCGN Chinese School, and it’s Church & affiliates also their
staff, representatives, and volunteers from any claims, losses, and damages
that may arise out of their participation in this Chinese school-related
activities. Participants also agree for the unrestricted use of any
photographs, films, or videos that may contain images of the participants, their children, or family members in
attendance at CCGN Chinese School or it’s church.
10. 学生必须尊重老师，听从指导。同学间团结友爱。如学生破坏学校 资产﹐设备﹐学校将有权向其家长提出赔偿. 请家长准时接送孩子. 孩子必须在学校里等家长。如家长需要孩子在外面等车，需书面通知学校，学校将对校外所发生的事情不负任何责任. All
students should respect teachers and follow their instructions. All students
should be friendly, respectful, and polite with their peers. If a student destroys any school properties or any
equipment, the student’s parents are responsible for compensating for the
damage. Parents must pick up & drops off their kids on time. During pickup,
students have to wait inside the school building. If parents allow their
children to wait outside of school building, parents need to provide School a
written note in advance. Parents shall
be solely responsible for their course of action and cannot hold CCGN Chinese
School to be liable for it.
11. 因应疫情，安全考量，课程安排根据教会重启计划，以及政府重新开放指导方针决定教室教学或远程教学。Due to the pandemic & safety considerations,
the teaching format will be online or classroom setting based on government reopening
guidelines and the reopening plan of CCGN.
12. 如学生违反学校规章﹐扰乱他人上课﹐学校将有权将其与其他学生分离。如警告几次无效﹐学校将有权让其学生停课﹐不退学费。严重者如犯罪事件等学校可报警以确保学校安全。If student violates School
rules, or disrupts others in the class, School has the right to separate this
student from other students. If the student misbehaves after multiple warnings,
CCGN Chinese school has the right to suspend the student without any tuition
refund. In severe cases, such as crime, schools can call the police to ensure
school safety.
13. 如您在以上报名时授权您的孩子自行步行上下课，您同意家长对此授权承担全部责任。Please checked below box if you request to authorize your children to be a walker, that parents are fully liable for this Walker Authorization.
