NEXTGEN is an intense 12 month training program, which requires participants to complete a series of trainings on various topics to increase your knowledge and skills to become an effective leader in an NAACP Adult Branch.  What objectives would you like to accomplish by completing the NAACP Next Generation Leadership Program? The NEXTGEN 24-Month Training Program includes monthly conferences calls, webinars, case studies, group-exercises and in-person class room trainings throughout the year.  Do you consent to participate in the monthly conference calls, webinars, case studies, group-exercises and in-person classroom trainings required by the the NEXTGEN Program?
