Request for Care Form  for 2020.2021                          Shoreline Children's Elementary Extended Care
NOTE: Submission of this form is a request - it does not guarantee services.  This form needs to be filled out for each student requesting care.

Welcome to the Shoreline Elementary Extended Care Program! We appreciate you considering us for your childcare needs and look forward to working with your student and family.

Registration for returning families is being determined. Currently looking at alternate options, including online, to meet health and safety standards.

Our programs are in high demand, and returning families have enrollment priority. Date to be determined - our two lotteries will be held for new families using the request for Care forms, for remaining spots:
                    (1) Siblings of current students
                   
                    (2) New students

New Families will be notified after returning families registered (Dates TBD) by email, either with an offer of a spot, or information about their place on the waitlist.  Families will be notified of the time frame in which to complete their enrollment process, we are cuurrently looking at alternate options, including online, to meet health and safety standards.

Program availability at a particular site is based on enrollment.  Morning enrollment is measured separately from afternoon enrollment, and the program may be offered for one session even if it is not available for the other.   In the event there is not sufficient enrollment at a single site, program locations may be combined.

To be considered a returning student, your student must be a enrolled through the last day of school, June 20th.
Is this student a sibling of a student currently enrolled (19-20 school year) in Extended Care? *
If you have a student that is currently enrolled at the Children's Center Preschool program moving to kindergarten in 2020-2021 they are considered a new student to Extended Care.  Unless they have an older sibling currently enrolled in extended care, in which case they would be in the sibling lottery.

If you are currently enrolled in the Partial Release Wednesday Only option your family will only have priority enrollment in this program option.  If you wish to change program options your family will be part of the New Student Lottery.
