From Industry to Instructor: Teaching for Professionals

If you’ve ever thought about sharing the knowledge and experience you’ve gained professionally over the years with curious minds, please join us for an “info session” about part-time teaching at Rockland Community College. Your prior work and expertise have value to our students because you can speak with an understanding that’s grounded in the real world. We’ll help you discover how to convert your professional career into practical teaching skills in the classroom and to masterfully explain what you already know, even if you’ve never taught before.
