23-24 RHS Parking Pass Information
Cost for full year parking pass is $105.00  ONLY students with a current valid drivers license are eligible for a parking pass at this time.  Payment should be made via the online RCS payment system https://rochesteronline.ce.eleyo.com/course/2844/school-event-fees-2023-2024/rhs-parking-pass 

Students who obtain their drivers license during the school year should see Mrs. Kimble in the Main office for a parking pass.  Proof of drivers license must be provided at time of pickup.

**If you are an OSTC Student and purchased an OSTC parking pass, you do NOT need to purchase an RHS pass as well. Your OSTC pass will be valid at RHS for the 23-24 school year.**

Driver and Vehicle Information
Please complete all applicable information.  RHS Parking Pass Rules and Regulations must be accepted before being granted the ability to use any parking lot at RHS.

A. Parking is a privilege, not a right.  Students will have driving privileges revoked,  if they:                                                                                                                                        
  *Are suspended or put on an attendance notice for skipping classes or have excessive absences.                                                                                                                     
 *Are engaged in misbehavior or cause an accident by recklessness if in violation of traffic regulations.                                                                                                                         
 *Violate RHS drug / alcohol policies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
NOTE: FRESHMEN OR SOPHOMORES USING A PERMIT WITHOUT PERMISSION OR PARKING WITHOUT A PERMIT WILL LOSE THE PRIVILEGE OF OBTAINING A PERMIT THE FOLLOWING YEAR.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
B.  Students must park only in designated areas and must NOT use more than one space.  Students must observe the speed limit at all times in the parking lot, all parking signs and NOT park on sidewalks, lawns, handicapped areas or non-spaces.                                                                                                                                          
C. Parking permission can only be used on the vehicle(s) registered to the car’s owner or owner’s family.                                                                                                                                                                                 
D. If you change vehicles you must bring proof of registration to the main office.
