Welcome to the Camp Cavell Rubber Duck - Register Seller Form. Please complete the request form below and a staff person will contact you to complete the process.

All proceeds from this event will help to provide an enjoyable outdoor camp experience for children and families from all over the metro Detroit area. Some would not be able to attend if not for the help of generous donations.

Seller Incentive Prizes  *must sell 15 tickets or more end on July 27th at 1:30 pm.
1) $250 All registered sellers will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win.
2) $100 Top Registered seller of tickets.
3) $50 Registered seller who sells the 1st place winning ticket.

*Camp Cavell Staff are eligible for ticket seller incentives but not during work hours.

DUCKY RACE FUNDRAISER TICKETS
July 27, 2019

When you sell a ticket please make sure they fill out the stub.  You keep the stub and give the rest of the ticket to the buyer.  Please be sure to record their name, phone number and email address on the ticket stub and number of tickets the person purchased (DO NOT FORGET)  

Prices are as follows:
   Lucky Duck (1) = $5 for one ticket
   Quack Pack (5) = $20 for five tickets

Please turn in the full pack of sold tickets immediately.  There will be more packs of tickets available until 4,000 ducks tickets has been sold.  

ALL sold and unsold tickets MUST be turned in with the money by Friday, July 26th(turn in at least by the morning of the event).  We will have tickets available the day of the race to sell at Camp Cavell’s Community Day.  PLEASE do not wait until we are about to release the ducks to turn your tickets in!!!!

All money MUST be turned in by July 26th.  If the money is not received PRIOR to the race the buyer will not be able to receive a prize until the money is paid and you will not receive the seller incentive prize(s).

Please do NOT give your tickets to another member, or take some from somebody else.  The tickets assigned to you are your responsibility.  If you need more tickets, please email STAR at cavellstar@gmail.com (OR) MARIAN at 810-359-2267/810-705-6219(text) and we will arrange to get you more tickets!

Our goal is to sell all 4,000 tickets.  Please be sure to tell everyone the Ducky Race is following Camp Cavell’s Community Day in the camp’s stream.

1st prize is $500 cash |2nd prize is $500 cash | 3rd prize $175 Camp Cavell gift card | 4th prize $175 Camp Cavell gift card | 5th place Kayak with paddle donated by Gander Outdoors.  (more prizes may be added, see Camp Cavell’s website) They don't need to be present to win.  The ducks estimated time of launch is at 5:00 pm.

All money raise is to help make camp a "DUCKY" place for ALL.  

PLEASE BE SURE THAT ANY CHECKS ARE MADE PAYABLE TO THE
“CAMP CAVELL”.
