"I am Crook County" is a project of the Crook County Foundation Inclusion Committee designed to collect and share information about the people who call Crook County home. Young or old, native or newcomer, you are a unique individual who plays a part in making Crook County what it is. We want to understand you better, the impact Crook County has had on you and your hopes for Crook County in the future.

This survey will probably take you less than 10 minutes to complete and will be a valuable contribution to our knowledge of each other. Your responses will be separated from your name and contact information, so feel free to speak your truth. Anonymized responses will be displayed around the county, shared on social media, and possibly compiled into a book to help share the story of the unique and diverse community that is Crook County. For those who are interested, a silhouette photograph will be taken to accompany your story (see sample at the end of the survey). Information supplied may be edited for space and context.
