Fee
$495 for up to 10 adults for 2 hours, $30 per additional guest. Additional time at the flat rate of $50 per 30 minutes. This fee includes all supplies and materials. (Exception: Acrylic Pouring. Requires 2.5 - 3 hours. Min: 6 guests, Max: 8 guests, $65 per guest.)

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE

  • Any food, drinks, cake, candles for cake, minimal decoration (i.e., helium balloons), and invitations.  (Please keep it simple due to COVID.)
  • Optional: Party favors in addition to take home art
  • Tables, table covering and chairs if you choose a venue other than art studio

CONTRACT TERMS AND AGREEMENT

  • I grant permission for guests to be photographed & only used in direct connection with Art Experience Studio (AES)
  • AES requires a final headcount three days prior to the event.  All children participating in the art activities must be included in the headcount including siblings.
  • We do not prorate for absent attendees
  • $50 travel and service charge applied if the host chooses a venue other than AES.
  • Although aprons will be provided to all kids, AES will not be held responsible for stained clothing.  Please tell guests to “Dress for a Mess!”
  • Facial covering is highly recommended in the studio

$100 Deposit to hold the date/time (Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal Preferred).  Full balance is due on the day of the party. *
