National Philanthropy Day                              Honoured Supporter Award Nomination
Join us in recognizing the leadership and important role of philanthropists in our community. Nominations will be accepted from organizations who wish to recognize an individual, family, service club, business or family foundation that has provided an important gift of time, expertise and resources to your organization. Every nominee will be recognized by name and will receive a keepsake. .

Guidelines:
1. Nominees will have contributed significantly to the success of your organization and the community it serves.

2. The nominating charity must complete this online nomination form and attach a high resolution photo of the nominee to be used during the online celebration.

3. The National Philanthropy Day Committee will review and approve your nomination. All decisions on acceptance are final.

4. The National Philanthropy Day Committee has the right to edit your nomination statement for use in the NPD program.

5.Organizations may submit one nomination for the Honoured Supporter Award category.

6. Nominating organizations are NOT required to be members of AFP Saskatoon Chapter.

Deadline for Nomination and Photo Submission: October 15, 2020.

Sample Nomination Statement: "XYZ Company has been a generous, ongoing supporter of ABC Organization by providing donations and enthusiastic volunteer support for the Super Big Golf Tournament for over 10 years. The fun event helps raise thousands each year and helps promote inclusion in our community. Last year alone, over $50,000 was raised during the two-day event, through sponsorships and other fundraising efforts. Without the generous support of XYZ Company, our annual golf tournament would not be possible."
