West Yellowstone Winter Wonderland Rendezvous 2024

The format is a little different this year. There will be limited lodging of 95 rooms through the Holiday Inn West Yellowstone. This same facility will host this year’s singing, speaking sessions, and a banquet meal on Saturday night. Once this form is filled out to register, you will receive an email from Addie for a reduced room rate starting at $130 plus tax. Some rooms will be more depending on the room type. This room rate is only good if a family registers by November 11, 2024. The special rate is available if you arrive on Thursday or stay through Sunday night as well. Once this facility fills up it will be up to each family to locate rooms at a different motel. Don’t let the motel filling up, keep you away. It is shaping up to be a great weekend!

With a change in location there are also some changes to our meals and financing the event. The Holiday Inn West Yellowstone will provide a breakfast on Saturday and Sunday for those who are staying at that motel. The Saturday evening banquet will be provided for all participants. The meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch, and Sunday lunch will be the responsibility of each family. We are working with local restaurants, encouraging them to be open on our weekend. However, there is a possibility that eating choices will be limited so families might consider bringing their own food for those three meals.

Concerning costs. There is no registration fee. Each family is responsible for their room and meals noted above. This means the banquet meal and rental of the banquet facility will be recouped through a freewill offering on Sunday. The first portion of the contribution on Sunday will be used to bless the West Yellowstone Church of Christ. Remaining funds will be used to settle with the Holiday Inn concerning the banquet and rental. Any remaining funds will be used as seed money for 2025.

Snowmobiling you ask. You will be on your own to secure a sled. You can rent through Brad Loomis or one of the other snowmobiling businesses in town but I would not expect a special rate like we have had in the past.
