The 12th Annual Polish Hill Arts Fest is Sunday July 21, 2019, noon-8pm
The Polish Hill Arts Fest attracts upwards of 1,000 people from across the city. We feature over 30 art/craft vendors, hands-on activities and live music and performances all day. The Arts Fest is an entirely non-profit, volunteer-run event!
The important stuff:
There is very limited space for food vendors because, well, Polish Hill is on a giant hill. We’ve prioritized the flat, level spaces specifically for food vendors. We have a picnic/sitting area nearby on the grassy area next to the PHCA office. We will have trash and recycling available and encourage food vendors to use environmentally responsible serving materials.
The festival runs from noon-8pm. Vendors should be set up by 11:15am and plan to remain open until 8pm. Because we have a small number of food vendors it's important to plan for high volume sales!
***Food vendors must be licensed and carry their permit with them at the event.***
Vendor application deadline is May 23. We will alert food vendors if they have been accepted by June 3.
The food vendor fee is $150 - payable by check to:
Polish Hill Civic Association
3060 Brereton St
Pittsburgh PA 15219
Payments must be received prior the festival.
