Regulations/Agreement - SCAPE
The minimum requirement for authorship is participation in conceiving, executing, interpreting the data, writing, and revising the manuscript (several drafts). Where there is more than one author of a publication, all authors are jointly responsible for the publication's content. *

Permission and official approval from SCAPE platform founders and all involved research parties are required before reusing data, releasing, presenting, or publishing any of the work. In addition, stating all the principal investigators from each center are required when research member (s) plan to reuse the data for other researches/purposes. *

Authors should ensure that researchers' affiliation at the time of conducting the research is clearly stated even if the affiliation no longer exists. This applies to students after graduation as well. *

Non-performance, inability to finalize the tasks on time, non-adherence with deadlines, and failing to adhere to the obligations will lead to the agreement's breach and exclusion from the authorship. *

The corresponding author is the one who is responsible for ensuring that all coauthors meet the requirements for authorship. The corresponding author will be responsible for any associated activities. and submitting the manuscript to the Journal. *

Researchers should be aware of the possible conflict between the external partner's desire for confidentiality and the researcher's desire to publish. *

Biostatistician should utilize the raw data to the scope of intended research. Secondary use of the raw data for another research project is prohibited without SCAPE approval, unless taking official approval from SCAPE platform founders. *

All authors should be responsible for any publications fee when applying for open access journals and other fees required for editing and language services. All listed authors are held responsible for paying the fees, divided equally on the number of participating authors. Current students and interns at the time of publication will be excluded/waived from these fees. *

Any ideas or information discussed in the research group meeting are confidential and not allowed to be shared outside the context of the SCAPE platform research group. *

Sharing any research-related materials with parties or individuals outside the author's group is prohibited. *
