In effort to maximize the number of students that get extra tickets for Graduation, we are asking that you complete this form for the exact number of tickets you plan to use of the 6 tickets that each student will receive. For example if you answer 4, then your student will only receive 4 tickets and we will put the extra 2 tickets in the pool for those that requested extra tickets. It is our goal to award as many extra tickets as possible.

**Tickets will be distributed to Seniors during lunch the week of May 16th. If you are an ECM student you may pick up in the Main Office.
