Photographs and videos are STRICTLY prohibited at our events. *There are a select few volunteers permitted to take pictures and videos, in compliance with releases provided by caregivers. Any information disclosed during our events cannot be shared! The work we do in child welfare often involves disclosure of confidential information. This includes, but is not limited to, information in pending cases against family members of the child, ongoing investigations, and status of parental rights. It is possible you may hear information about individuals in our community. By agreeing to this confidentiality clause, you agree to not pursue information or contact with anyone connected to our camp participants. In order to best meet the needs of our kids, we debrief each day after parent pick up. Details about specific kids are part of our debriefing, as the team discusses support strategies. Debriefing conversations are also subject to this confidentiality clause. *
