It sounds so attractive doesn't it? Be your own boss, dictate your schedule, have endless earning potential...but the reality of building and sustaining a business is much more complicated, especially when you do it alone, or nearly alone.

As a financial coach I started helping my small business owner clients with revenue increasing initiatives, foundational mission and values work, and process improvements that had nothing (and everything) to do with personal finances. It was then that I owned the hat of being a small business coach as well, taking my past experience in organizational development in large teams and bringing it to the entrepreneur's smaller table.

My own experience building a business from the ground up, doubling my revenue year after year has given me a passion for helping others succeed at this amazing game of small business ownership - and I've taken on small business VIP clients to do just this.
