Please fill out this registration form to participate in Townsend Public Library's Winter Reading Program.

If you have more than one person to register you must submit each registration separately. After each registration is submitted you will be given the option to fill out the form again, you can do this as many times as needed to register everyone!

You can pick up a Winter Reading Challenge Packet from the library (or print from home).
The packet is filled with activities for you to complete. Your challenge cards double as your raffle tickets!

Winter Reading is open for anyone to participate in, but prizes must be picked up in person from the library.
