Thank you for your interest in joining the Host Committee at the Alzheimer's Association's Reason to Hope luncheon!

Reason to Hope is a powerful one-hour event designed to educate the community about Alzheimer’s while raising critical funds for care, support and research. As a Host, you are not asked to buy or sell a table, but instead are responsible for inviting guests who may be interested in supporting the mission of the Alzheimer's Association.

Your leadership will help the Alzheimer’s Association continue to offer free education and resources to all those facing the disease in Illinois, as well as provide critical research funding in pursuit of methods of treatment, prevention and ultimately, a cure. Help support the cause and fight Alzheimer’s— you bring your friends, we’ll bring the reason to hope.
